Welcome to Talk London
Talk London has been created by the Greater London Authority as a place to discuss London's big issues. But this isn’t just a talking shop. We want your opinions to help us steer the big policy decisions of the future – from those affecting London’s young people, transport, safety and policing, to health, housing and the environment.
We, and others, have started a number of discussions that may be of interest, so get stuck in, or start a conversation of your own.
Register here to get talking.
The Talk London Team
Talk London survey
Debates have been wide ranging since the launch of Talk London, and community members have joined in a number of surveys and focus groups.
We wanted to know more about community members’ experiences and what we can do better. Here's what we heard in our survey.
Impact of a stadium
The London Assembly is investigating the impact that a new or redeveloped stadium can have on the local area.
If you live or work in an area where a new football stadium has been built or is planned, we would love to hear from you. Complete our short survey and you could win £100.
Health in London
The Mayor's London Health Commission have been gathering Londoners' views through Talk London and their summer roadshow.
They are now looking at all of their research together to form recommendations for the Mayor. Read an update.
Do you ever shop online? Do you think online shopping has changed the face of your local high street?
We'd love to hear your thoughts, and whether you've noticed some shops closing while others do well. Join in.
