Welcome to Talk London
Talk London has been created by the Greater London Authority as a place to discuss London's big issues. But this isn’t just a talking shop. We want your opinions to help us steer the big policy decisions of the future – from those affecting London’s young people, transport, safety and policing, to health, housing and the environment.
We, and others, have started a number of discussions that may be of interest, so get stuck in, or start a conversation of your own.
Register here to get talking.
The Talk London Team
Over 500 of you took part in our April Talking Points survey to share experiences of and views on your energy supply and broadband connection.
A big thank you to those who joined in.
Here’s what you told us.
Many of you have told us you think high streets are for more than just shopping - that they're also places to socialise, with cafes, restaurants and pubs open day and evening.
Debate continues about what makes a high street great - join in.
In our latest Talking Points survey a quarter said that they'd experienced interruptions in their energy supply in the last year.
This is something we need to know more about – does it happen often and last long? What impact does it have on you? Tell us here.
A healthier London
Last year the Mayor's London Health Commission made recommendations for the capital. Many of you fed your views in here, on struggles getting GP appointments and more.
A new Healthy London Partnership has now formed to deliver changes to health and care. Read our article.
